In the event of a dispute, pursuant to Law no. 144/2015 September 8th, the consumer may use the following Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL) entities:

  • CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo;
  • Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa.
